“HOUJICHA” is made by roasting green tea leaves over high heat to extract its fragrant aromas.
The brand Tsujiri has a long tradition from 1860 in KYOTO, UJI, and one of the famous tea makers in Japan.
Pour 300-400ml of boiling water (about 212℉) over 10g of tea leaves, and brew for 1 minute before serving.
Keep in room temperature. Avoid direct sun light.
