Thank you for shopping at WAZA Online Shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned or exchange within two weeks of the original purchase, except food items*.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure of the following:
- Product was purchased online two weeks since the order was received OR
in-store two weeks since the date on the receipt - Product is in its original packaging
- Product is not used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Gift items may be exchanged within two weeks of the date on the receipt. Gifts purchased
in-store may be mailed to WAZA online store; gifts purchase online may be exchanged in-store. Exchanges are subject to availability online or in-store. Gifts may not be returned/refunded.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us by emailing info@waza-nyc.com. Then send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number to:

Shipping charges: Shipping charges incurred in returning the product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from WAZA online store.
Damaged items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately with
details and photos for assistance. Please contact us by emailing info@waza-nyc.com.
Cancellations: We accept cancellations before we ship your order. Please contact us by email to info@waza-nyc.com with a request to cancel your order. Please note that we do not accept cancellations and no refund will be issued once the order is shipped.
Sale items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. Only regular price items can be returned and refunded.

Returns: No returns or exchanges are available once the order is shipped. If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact by emailing info@waza-nyc.com with photos of the item(s) in question within 7 days. We will arrange for re-delivery after investigation with the delivery company.
