Yuzu, Japanese citrus fruit which is about the size of a tangerine and is quite sour. Most commonly the juice is used to flavor various dishes such as sauce, vegetables, fish or meat. Our “Shibori-Yuzu” comes from orchard of Yamaguchi and Ehime prefecture in Japan, each Yuzu is hand squeezed and inspected for quality.
