“KABUSECHA” is a tea grown under shade cover in a short period compared to Gyokuro. It has a lighter taste than Gyokuro, and mild, mellow flavour compared to Sencha.
The brand Tsujiri has a long tradition from 1860 in KYOTO, UJI, and one of the famous tea makers in Japan.
Pour 180-200ml of hot water (about 158 - 176℉) over 10g of tea leaves, and brew for 1 minute before serving.
